Rook's 40k Open 2025

Travel to Bozeman and join the Rook's 40k Open 2025, a regional community-driven event encompassing gamers across Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, and beyond. Compete for 6 rounds over 2 days at this competitive 40k event! The event will be hosted at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds on October 18-19, 2025, which is within a short drive of numerous accommodation options.

All physical items included with the ticket will be distributed on October 19, the second day of the event. Items will not be shipped. Items not claimed by the end of the event on Sunday will be redistributed to anyone interested.

Ticketing Information

All tickets for the Rook's 40k Open 2025 are digital and purchased on this platform or in person at Rook's Games and More (2740 W Main St, Bozeman, MT). You will not receive a physical ticket for this event and you will not require a physical ticket or additional pass to check-in to the event.

REFUND POLICY

There are no ticket refunds for the Rook's 40k Open 2025. In the instance the event is canceled due to an act of God, force majeure, or forces outside of our control such as severe weather conditions, customers may:

Donate their ticket revenue to the event to help offset the significant financial burden the event faces (with our sincere gratitude)
Ask for a refund
Apply their ticket value as credit for the next event
Use the ticket value as store credit at Rook's Games and More

Photography and Media Consent

By participating in the Rook's 40K Open, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event for purposes including documentation, social media content, sponsor materials, and future promotional use. Photos of you, your army, and gameplay may be shared on social platforms and used in tournament marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the tournament organizer or judges, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferences. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
