D&D Summer Camp

Welcome to our first ever Rooks Summer Camp! This one will be focusing exclusively on TTRPGs (Tabletop Role-Playing Games), with Dungeons and Dragons being the very core of the experience!

The goal of this camp is to give your child a working understanding of all things TTRPGs and especially D&D! This means, what it is like to build and assume the role of a character, how to work with your peers to accomplish complex goals, and to learn new rules and apply them in a fast-paced and fun environment!

There will be 3 sessions total over the course of Summer 2026. These will be from June 22nd - June 25th, July 6th - 9th and July 20th - 23rd. Each day will begin at 9:30am, drop-off starting at 9:00am, and go until 3:30pm, pick-up going until 4:00pm. All sessions will cover the same material, so don't feel bad if you can't make a specific slot!

This camp is designed for kids ages 8 - 13, so those kids who will be entering 3rd grade in the fall to those that have just left the 7th grade and are heading into the 8th grade. Kids will be sorted into gaming groups loosely based off of age.

Due to the nature of summer camps, we do ask that kids arrive every day with the following supplies: water bottle, personal journal or notebook, writing implements, Player's Handbook 2024, a sack lunch, and a couple snacks to make it through the day.
